Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Dispatch and Processing Time

• All orders are processed, vacuum-sealed, and prepared within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment verification.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or dispatched during weekends or official national holidays.

• If we experience an unusually high volume of synthesis batches or processing delays, we will notify you immediately via your registered email.

2. Temperature and Integrity Packaging

Because our reference standards and peptides require structural stability, all shipments are dispatched in specialized, climate-protective packaging. Lyophilized compounds are stable at standard transit temperatures, but we advise transferring them to long-term cold storage (2°C to 8°C or -20°C) immediately upon arrival.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

• Standard Insured Shipping: 2–5 business days (estimated standard delivery window).

• Priority Overnight/Express Dispatch: 1–2 business days (estimated, subject to regional logistics availability).

• Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs or external weather conditions.

4. Logistics, Tracking and Verification

• Right of Logistics Management: Novexia Peptides Research reserves the absolute right to determine and manage the shipping method for all orders. Deliveries may be executed through our own private distribution network or via verified third-party logistics carriers.

• Tracking Notification: Regardless of the logistics channel utilized, you will receive an automated Confirmation Email containing your official tracking credentials as soon as the package is dispatched. The tracking status will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Compliance

• Novexia Peptides Research operates under strict compliance with domestic chemical transport regulations.

• For international shipments, the buyer assumes absolute responsibility for verifying that the requested reference compounds are legally importable into their destination country or jurisdiction.

• All customs duties, local taxes, or import clearance fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Novexia Peptides Research is not liable for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local regulatory non-compliance.

6. Returns, Damaged Goods, and Replacement Policy

• Strict Research Policy: Due to the clinical and sensitive nature of laboratory reference materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, protocol alterations, or unneeded stock. All sales are final.

• Damaged or Defective Deliveries: Product replacements are strictly eligible only if the items arrive in poor condition, damaged, or with compromised seals.

• 3-Day Notification Window: The buyer must report the damaged batch within three (3) calendar days from the official delivery date recorded by the carrier. Any claims made after this 3-day window will be automatically rejected.

• Evidence Requirements: To validate a replacement, you must contact our support team and provide high-quality verifiable evidence, including:

  • Clear, high-resolution photographs of the outer shipping package and internal vials.

  • A continuous unboxing video showing the damaged state of the items and unbroken inner seals.

  • The original packing slip.

• Our Commitment: Once the technical support team reviews and approves the evidence, Novexia Peptides Research will fully take charge of reintegrating and shipping the replacement compounds at no additional cost to the buyer.
